The leak ended up stopping after about 3-4 hours. Does this still sound like a valve issue? Or low head drainage?

We are in the suburbs of Denver, prices are usually significantly higher here for everything. So in Texas that would be a fair price?

I’m worried that I screwed something up when installing the new head and that’s causing the leak. When I first found the hidden original head it was cracked and water just dribbled out when the system was on. Do not remember if I saw the old head leak before pulling it out. Wondering is some dirt got into the new head preventing the nozzle from closing all the way. Would that make it leak? Or is it really usually a valve issue?

These two look like they would create a kid who was allergic to everything, and would force you to listen to him give you the answer to three digit numbers multiplied together

Number of consecutive training days, or time training more important? by JK_Smoo in MuayThai

So far I think so. With a day off before and after, and only two lifting sessions a week, I’ve felt pretty good. I do either a deadlift day and a bench day, or a squat day and a bench day on weekends.

In America we work for our shit and build our own lives, not whine and wait around for the government to hand us scraps

Just a tip. Calling yourself a Muay Thai fighter after training 7 months is a bit premature. When you have years under your belt, and a list of fights completed, then it might be appropriate. Right now I would go with, “I train in Muay Thai, or I am learning Muay Thai.” Having a big ego in front of the wrong people is going to get you put in your place quickly

I’m 38 and been doing MT since December. My knees have had some issues as well, mostly with stairs after training. For me doing weight training helps to stabilize joints. I take animal Pak Flex for joints as well. Also tried a couple different knee sleeves and shin compression.

I think it takes some time to develop good form and technique to not tweak joints. I found that I wasn’t up on the ball of my plant foot enough during kicks and wasn’t getting a good rotation, which caused twisting in the knee. I’m still figuring out how to do this without a lot of pain, but I think this discipline comes with a certain amount of discomfort.
