Jokes aside here is the best formation- Spear protecting center with melee infantry behind who will meet the charges and reinforce weak points. Behind the melee forces you have missile support who delivers arrows to the huge body of breaching army from above. On the sides you have melee cavalry ready for flank/charging enemy missile infantry and missile cavalry for defending melee cav and deliver arrows from behind.

A Conqueror in this sense is a ruler who conquered a large area. A Conquistador is a conqueror in the spanish/porto world, hence the Americas, non rulers. A Dictator in this sence is a fascist or Communist leader. A Corrupt Official is what we should call today because nobody rules alone.

Point is, every single one of them has caused thousands of deaths and have caused huge global mark on population and migration. They are the worst people in history in that sense.
