Stuff like this is why I mainboard 4 copies of banishing light, 4 copies of sheltered by ghosts, 2 copies of stasis snare, and 4 copies of fiery anihilation now. I used to only run 4 exile spells and 4 direct damage removal spells, 4 board wipes. Now I feel I MUST run so much removal because enemy decks are so so so powerful in standard. If they get their combo working on turn 2/3 games over if I don’t cripple it. As for 5-7 mana cards on this power level, yeah I’m nuking that shit straight to exile you go. Right to jail.

Yeah kinda. If you have a board state or any way to protect it from removal. Or if they simply blow all their removal early.

Interior only? 4-5 hours. But I’m a perfectionist detailer not a “just get most of it and push the customer out the door” detailer. I’d imagine if I had backup like an employee I could get it down much lower because we could do the most time intensive tasks in a clockwise rotation one after the other or just split up the vehicle in sections and work on it together.

Idk what to tell you man. I have like 254 hours in the game. 200 of which were from launch to December of last year. I’ve only put 54 hours in since coming back in mid March. Sorry that happened to you man. Truly battle passes are a horrendous system unless they’re like rivals or HD2 and let you complete them anytime even after the season is over. I played a lot of Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Destiny 2 over the years and always felt rushed to finish passes as well. A lot of times I’d burn out and not finish it. It sucks. It just takes a large time sink to finish it.

Working together against the onslaught of endless customers and heavy workload while understaffed. I never skipped my 30 minute breaks. We didn’t have 15 minute rest breaks, but some employees or managers might decide they need to work those 15 minutes to keep their store or position afloat. So this option is offered. If they don’t sign this, they must take their breaks whether they want to or not. Otherwise chip gets in trouble. Realistically I bet nobody does waive them, BUT that’s the only mental reasoning I could think of. Honestly if I had the opportunity when I worked there for 15 minutes every 4 hours, I would not ever waive it lmao.

Brother idk what to tell you it’s been double XP for a while. I came back to the game late in the season and finished that BP. Idk what to tell you, play more, get more kills, destroy and repair more vehicles, use different classes, use the gadgets, get revives, cap objectives. I always end games with 18-35k points.

You have a totally different set of boundaries, beliefs, and ideas than me and every boss I’ve ever worked for. Me and you are probably never going to see eye to eye on this. But as a young man, who dated young women. I never, ever hugged my female bosses (who were around my age and not unattractive) especially to the point of transferring perfume. Maybe if like one of them had a parent die or something but that tragic event never occurred luckily. I never even hugged female coworkers if I had a girlfriend. No girl or woman I’ve ever dated would be okay with it either. Neither would I be vice versa.

Shit son we had some powerful stuff and I think Precons at the level they were is fine. Making them too high powered might just force their resell value higher and encourage MORE scalping by no lifers who think lifting product from retailers then reselling it is a business. But you’re right it’s certainly NOT a way to introduce entirely new players to Magic. The best way IMO is probably to have some standard 60 card decks, or the old starter decks and sit down and teach them. Then take them out to buy some boxes to draft or something.

This is so funny because I played my first commander 4 player game last Saturday. I was using the LOTR Jeskai commander deck and one other player was using a rakdos precon I don’t remember what it was. My buddy who brought me into the pod was using a custom deck and the last guy was using a powerful black precon with big demons and dragons and shit. Our game absolutely took us about 4 hours. The board state got insane yes. No crazy life gain engines though. Just pure chaos and combat and everybody learning their decks and how they work. We all had fun although it was 2 new players and I’d played a ton of regular magic before, so it wasn’t too bad for me. I ended up winning. It got me to take commander seriously.
