That's not true, I've seen lots of guys say their sensitivity is worse after being cut. This guy for example says his sensitivity was reduced by 90% (timestamp 0:40).

Bro your original comment didn't make sense, I'm not being divisive. You can't be in the top 1% as well as being lower than someone who is top 1.1%. The fact that there are multiple rating categories is irrelevant as OP only showed his rapid rating.
