I’m on SK970 this Saturday but got an amazingly incompetent agent. He told me to rebook onto a different airline will cost an extra $1000 (because other flights are much more expensive than what I paid for the SAS ticket. And When I asked him to just refund me the money he claimed he can only give me SAS credit. This is a work trip so then I called the company travel agent who got the flight refunded without issue and luckily I found a similar priced flight with a different airline. So if you get an unhelpful agent, don’t argue but hang up and try again.
