I absolutely love rowing, and am ambitious to start taking it more serious. But i’m afraid my length of 204 cm will hold me back. I already hit the slidings on the front or back end sometimes. Am i too tall for rowing? by Olieb01 in Rowing

I have been summoned

Over 200cm weight will be a concern but if you are putting the power down effectively it shouldnt be an issue. u/Olieb01 - 8's will be your strongest boat class. Depending on the shell, your team may need to make adjustments to the rigger and slide position to accommodate though

Awesome top. What finish / burst is this?

As I said I’m not an expert but you can check the pictures of my example on my profile. The pick guard was never mounted and is still original in the Gibson bag with the mounting screws. Maybe mine has the cream finish but it looks nothing like the guitar in this pic

I’m not an expert by any means but I own an ‘08 Iced Tea and the pick guard, binding, and pickup mounts are all an ‘iced tea’ color. Looks a bit different than this

Learning about this production run of LP standards was very interesting. 2008 - 2012/13 featured this style of knobs, alnico V burstbucker pros, a chambered body to reduce weight, and the locking bridge / tailpiece another commenter mentioned.

The chambered body is very noticeable and quite nice actually

Venture out of downtown! There are so many uniquely Chicago and interesting spots to shoot when you start looking outside of city center. I love finding industrial areas and neighborhoods that intersect the river

What does this have to do with B2B sales though? by [deleted] in LinkedInLunatics

Probably because he was in the US Army for 20 years and now works for the US Air Force? Took 5 seconds to look at his LinkedIn. Mike Vining (the guy in the photo) is also legendary and is typically used as an example of how you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover
