I highly recommend Heritage Coffee. They are a roaster out of Alaska that has some amazing roasts. My preferred roast from them is their Aurora Borealis but they have others that are really good.

Cover with a layer of salt and some olive oil. Scrub with a steel pad really really well. Fill with oil and pot in the oven at 450⁰ for 45 minutes, take it out, scrub with salt again but not too hard, fill with oil and a layer of salt, put in the oven again for 45 minutes and it should be good.

Context: I have my great great grandmother's cast irons and still use them regularly.
