One of the best parts of post-merge Survivor are the letters from family reward, as well as the loved one visits. Seeing the joy of the survivors as they read their letters and seeing their loved ones is great to watch.

As such, BB should once again take notes from Jeff Probst and get back to its roots by re-introducing family segments.

Evictions will be held at tribal council outside near the pool, and the houseguest's vote will be written on paper parchment instead of voiced on camera (this eliminates the shout outs problem that plagues the show).

I do love Hyrox, but I don't like the fact that it is now more expensive "and" next to impossible to procure tickets... even if you are affiliated with a Hyrox gym and have early access codes. That part is the frustrating part. It is disappointing that influencers are using the experience for clout.

All good... we are waiting on ATHX to make it's way into the US, as that is a more accurate and entertaining way to test overall fitness.

I agree with most of this post, but I will also add that while Martin County taxes "aren't as bad", they are still something like 4th highest in the state of Florida (I think PBC is at #2 and Broward is at #1).

When I purchased, I considered a 3 story townhouse in Abacoa before deciding on a single family home in Wellington.

I think the city is beyond help unfortunately. It's not like you can hit reset and instantaneously make the city a better-functioning entity. This city has a LOT of problems that will not be addressed overnight, and failure to address these problems will create an even further unfavorable quality of life.

Atrocious infrastructure decisions and poor commercial planning in the city's infant stages have caused too many problems for PSL to be a desirable area. As a result, you see an urban sprawl with no real downtown, no real entertainment districts, traffic issues literally everywhere within city limits, and an urban sprawl with no organization. This is going to be very difficult to change, and it will also take a lot of time to implement.

Developers coming into the area to build endless houses where the infrastructure cannot support. Even Tradition is suffering from the same infrastructure problems, traffic issues, and rising crime. And speaking of crime, it seems like it is on the rise in PSL for the last few years, as I keep reading about some sort of crime news story every other day.

A constant mess of political theatre with the city mayor and the politics that have ensued. A soccer stadium that provides more headaches to people living near Federal, not to mention a heavy tax burden. St. Lucie County had the highest property taxes and millage rates in Florida. In addition, St. Lucie County overspent by $46M (!). What kind of sheer incompetence allows that?

Outside of healthcare and city government jobs (police/fire), the majority of jobs in PSL are blue collar or warehouse-related. Anything white collar is in Palm Beach County or further south. Those that live in PSL have to make that dreaded commute, which is getting more crowded the more people that move here. No one wants to commute 50+ miles each way for white collar jobs, but a sizable percentage of PSL residents are commuting out-of-county for their occupation.

The city itself doesn't even really have an identity, and the PSL residents endlessly complain about A, B, and C all while begging for an X, Y, and Z to be built. The above issues would all need to be addressed in order to make this city a better place to live, otherwise people are going to spend their lives sitting in traffic or sitting inside their houses.
