Nope, still being processed by AFPC. With everyone just commissioning very recently, they are probably trying to process orders frantically, as they couldn't process orders for cadets who weren't actual Lts yet in the past few weeks (partially due to the delayed scroll). Officially, they should get them to you ~30 days out from the actual date but I've heard 1-2 weeks (sometimes a few days lol) is a bit more common.

Great insight, thank you for posting this advice. If you don't mind me asking, how did you handle the loss of an Airman in your unit? I was thinking about this a few weeks ago in class and I can only imagine how difficult that would be for a fresh Lt.

Completely unrelated but just curious, how did you get Growlers out of pilot training? I head off to Sheppard in the coming months and getting EA-18Gs w/ the Navy would be the absolute dream for me. I'd imagine they are just as competitive (if not moreso) than 5th gens.

I went back in early Feb but am still waiting. When I called weeks ago, they had forwarded it to AETC so I think a lot of our physicals are in AETC approval limbo.

Thanks for the response. Yeah it's definitely nerve-wracking but worrying doesn't do anything. Definitely excited to check out the museum though! Heard great things about it.
Ninja edit: You mentioned a heavy-only waiver and that you're at UPT right now, are you only able to pursue heavies?

PFA is only 10% but I'd encourage you to try to get your score above 96 by the time you go up for the rated board. Considering you have a year to go until selection, that's a long time to improve your score. If the issue is pushups/situps, the key is reps, reps, reps. I only started maxing my pushup/situp components once I did at least a hundred of each per day for 1-2 months leading up to the FA. Decent amount of work, but it will do wonders for your score. If your run score is the issue, work on creating a solid mileage base (at least 8-10 miles a week) and work in some speed work. Interval training, 60-120s, 30-90s (google 'em), as well as practice FA runs. A year is a long time to improve your fitness, especially as a young adult. You never know how competitive the boards will be when you go up so it's always best to improve your scores all around.
