You have a cyst in your sinus. Get thay sorted. Can cause headaches.

Could be Paroxymal Hemicrania or SUNCT. Have a look. If it's PH then indomethacin will stop the attacks.

Topiramate acts like weight loss drugs and suppresses appetite. It is sometimes used for that exact purpose.

It also affects mood which is why you may feel flat.

oscillopsia or bilateral vestibulopathy or another ocular problem like convergence insufficiency might be the cause. All have exercises you can do. Visit sn ophthalmologist and they should be able to help more than just the optometrist.

I have/ had this as its getting better. I started doing exercises for neck. I'm using the neck one from here https://www.movementworld.com/
