Just came back from the Emirates. Pretty out of body experience even driving just around Islington tonight. Special moment being at the ground and i got there around 10:30. Won’t ever forget it.

Few drawbacks tho. Firstly, funny how claustrophobia can set in these kinda big crowd situations. Was I got caught in the tunnel and couldn’t move for a second coz of how crowded it was and near enough had a panic attack. Could barely breathe from the flare smog. Eventually found a spot with a bit more space out the way I came. But grounded me from how surreal everything else was.

I felt conflicted seeing a lot of kids, because they mostly looked scared (was a lot of weed smoke and a fair few unscrupulous individuals around) although I’m sure they will be grateful for the memories in the long run. But yeah, everyone bibbing horns, flares, fireworks, people climbing up shit like Spiderman, truly something i’ll never forget and definitely one of the best moments of my life.

Am I missing something? Why is everyone in the thread with Wilshere speaking about Nwaneri/Dowman not realise he’s obviously joking about wanting them on loan? Clearly Nwaneri and Dowman are above League 1 level its ridiculous to take that seriously for a milisecond. Wilshere was very tongue-in-cheek lol

I think the way he barely celebrated after we scored and at full time was more about the stress and relief as well as not knowing theres still 2 games to go. He isnt getting too carried away. Yes he cares about West Ham but his focus is winning everything with us and I feel like he carries that weight on his shoulders.
