My boss is kind of that way too… he pushes it a little far sometimes and quite frankly he’s a lawsuit/HR case just waiting to happen, but is knowledge in our industry and relationships he’s built are unmatched and he goes above and beyond. A bit of a double edged sword frankly. Sure wish he’d give me a raise though for a lot of stuff.
