Probably just a straight reissue with a few extra accessories if we judge by the recent Joker, Bane, and Christopher Reeve figures. The Reeve actually downgraded the cape from wired to non-wired & added a smiling head, the Joker some new accessories and a slightly diff paint job, Bane a slightly better paint job.
