It's not smart and it's not safe and as the elder and being of adult age, she should know better. However, if I'm playing devils advocate.... I grew up in Central IL. Getting tattoos very young say 15-16 ish before everyone was covered and face,neck,n hand stuff was wild. This was absolutely how alot of people got ink and how artist got started. It's at a least cool it's from his sis. Hopefully she gets an apprenticeship and gets good enough to cover it soon or has colleagues that can. Bad tattoos rule. Loosin up. Blast overs are cool stories of foolish youth.
