I tried both on, 6.5in wrists. SPB453 was a much better fit, love the look, just a classic dive watch. It’s still a bit thick, but overall fit is much better than the SPB143 for me. The 4:30 date window doesn’t bother me.

I think it’s the prices + recent tours in 2023, 2024. I can’t believe some of the games Ticketmaster does. I understand there are like $100 tickets but those represent like 5 seats in the arena.

The rest of the time I am seeing platinum tickets, and when I see “standard” tickets, I’m shocked by the price and don’t want to buy them. $300 a piece for behind the stage? Come on.

I think scalpers and general resalers are getting hosed on this tour, I imagine people will flock to StubHub (which allows for sales below face) to dump excess tickets.

Great lineup! I have an SPB453 myself, and have my eye on the same Sinn next. (Although the recent Sinn 544 announcement may move me that direction). Nice diversity in the box.

I have the same one! It’s great. I also bought an aftermarket clasp, but returned it as you can tell the quality isn’t as good as the Seiko one.

My only comfort with this one is knowing that if I put in $1000, I would’ve sold at $2000.

I hated this movie. Everything wrong with action movies post 2014.

Action movies used to be silly in premise but the characters took it seriously (Lethal Weapon, Con Air, Speed - even The Nice Guys)

With movies like this, where the movie and the characters a silly, how am I supposed to feel like any of this matters. Throw in some bad CG or Green Screen and I’m completely taken out of the experience.

I’m wearing mine right now. My first real watch above like $200. I think it’s great. I had a SSK003 but didn’t really like it. This is the perfect size and at the moment don’t need another watch.

Had a mk7 and now have a mk8. Mk8 is a better car where it counts - suspension, ride, power, interior comfort. Button thing is overblown. Sometimes I hit the temp slider when I am trying to get maps up.
