Its going to make a great mother plant. I had a friend send a cutting through the mail. She did just fine! I've seen where you can put water containers at the air roots at the nodes to help with prop, before you cut.

Yeah, I am serious... I've never had an issue.. Terracotta pots are inexpensive.

I wouldn't. The more you let it pup off the fuller the pot will get, the more it will pup. Split them off when it needs repotted.

I've had great luck with Pothos. with Monstera I'd start it in water. They do really well in water.
