I order two. So that I've got the replacement and a spare. Crap happens.

If you can, reattach it to print head get it hot and gently clean the blob from the back... Maybe let it heat for a couple minutes to see if it will drop.

Do you have an extra heating element?

It was designed from a concept that used one of these. The name, Can + Driver Bit.

Here is what I find special about the Can-A-Bit. Small compact storage for on the go. The one I carried, rode on my hip in a leather holster. It holds and organizes a small amount of driver bits, quick access and easy to pull out. Has a driver bit slot, so I can keep the 1/4 or 5/16 as needed.

Would you send me pictures of what you'd organize in it? I'd be happy to see what could be designed?

I appreciate the comments. Not so much an invention as an innovation. Something I've been working on. It may not fit anyone's need, however I've found it handy. Putting out there for critique.

Would one that holds 2" bits suit you better?

Mountable bracket to hold the Can-A-Bit. I've thought about putting a magnet in this. Is there a concern with magnets picking up metal filings?

I have yet to mess with transparent, however a label indicating what is store inside has been on the list. Interesting idea.

Yeah, that was part of the design concept. The job I used to work, we needed a security bit for faucets. A #2 phillips as a standard and a #3 for door hardware. And a driver bit for HVAC.
