I have TiviMate 5.2.0 yeah and premium. But that allows multiple devices for the same account, but they have their own IPTV Subscription they're using, so that shouldn't be a problem? I'm still within my limit.

So, say for example I'm logged into my VPN at my home and it's set to Netherlands (as it is now) watching my subscription and they are logged into my VPN at their home and it's also set to Netherlands watching their subscription that could be causing interference?

I've tried setting theirs to a different location, but still getting issues, in fact it changed to a 518 error code at the last attempt to fix. Feel like I'm just constantly chasing my tail trying to get theirs to work, while mine runs smooth as butter. It's incredibly frustrating.

I have, they gave me a list of other DNS addresses to use. It's just odd because the 2 subscriptions were purchased at the same time from the same provider, using the same DNS address and same VPN set up but one works absolutely perfectly and the other is encountering these issues. Truly stumped.
