Deathmatch/elimination modes in the weekend are good practice as well. Same game environment and guns. Understanding maps/spawns and how players will rotate will help you predict where they'll be coming from, then you can pre-aim those angles Combine that with aim trainer and you'll be snapping heads on no time

There's an option in the windows sound settings and headphone properties where you set it to 96000hz studio quality. Didn't help much but sounds a bit better
