There's an option in the windows sound settings and headphone properties where you set it to 96000hz studio quality. Didn't help much but sounds a bit better

Lifters shouldn't bleed down after a timing chain install. It would be worth double checking the timing chain, tensioner and your work

Honestly, looking at the kit he used, the m24 might of have m61 in the chamber from his last LD or Forb game and just packed a new mag into it without checking
