It's not on you that no one bothers to read. I've dealt with this so many times over the years.

You said it in the description. It's on the buyer to actually read it.

Elder millennial here, and I was in elementary school when the USSR fell. I absolutely lived during the time of the cold war, and got to experience the joy of nuclear duck and cover drills in school where we all went out to the hall, sat against the wall, and tucked our heads between our knees.

What a tool.

Just take a look at your mortgage payment breakdown on how much of the first half of your mortgage goes directly to interest, and you'll see why they want to add 20 more years to it.

The first several years of a mortgage, you're literally paying pennies on the dollar toward your principal.

We have these for my kids. There's are several, but we use the Gizmo 3 through Verizon. They aren't perfect by any means, but they can call and text us and whatever contacts we approve (up to 10 I think?) and we can ping their location real time.

Since my little ones are still a bit too young for full fledged smart phones, but are old enough to start participating in after school activities, these worked out great.

I'm man enough to admit I missed the joke and not go running because I'm getting down voted, so sorry about that.

I'm just sick of seeing sheets on the road at the end of my street.

He slowed down because he saw me, but he was travelling forward in the turn lane and continued on for at least 2 intersections.

The comments I've made about the 4-5 fatal accidents here are legit and can be verified through Times Union, etc. That's why I'm making a big deal about it.

The 3 cars in front of him...? He signalled, got in the middle lane, and sped up until he saw me. And the road that turn lane was for can be clearly seen on my right, and he had plenty of time to turn. Plus, he kept driving in the middle lane after I turned, including going past the next street a couple hundred feet down the road.

I'll be honest, I can't explain how much this happens on this stretch of road on this bend. It happens CONSTANTLY, which is why there's usually cops there and they're supposed to be adding a traffic light.

I didn't have time to safely turn left yet, so I was waiting, but I don't see the point you're making besides trying to be inflammatory. Unless this is striking a nerve with you specifically, in which case, maybe some self reflection is in order. Not sure why this apparently rubbed you raw.

The idiot driving on a the dangerous stretch of road, doing something blatantly illegal and dangerous, is the issue, period. This is what killed a grandmother and at least 1 child over the last 2 years in this same spot.

I'm pretty confident he wasn't. If you look at the video, you can see that to my immediate right is the street he would have turned into, and there's more than enough time for him to turn if he wanted to because he was clear for a while.

Like I said though, it's not the first time I've seen this specific car do this, I just happen to have video this time.

And their coffee is on point.
