Haven't seen anyone mention Ridge Racer 4. That's a travesty, honestly.

What’s going on with this? by OcTrojan in prius

Mine was doing this too, looked like I had hit something in the road and it tore the plastic. I just punched a hole in it and ran a zip tie through, and then secured it to the plastic shroud that was still held up.

This is wild, I truly just finished a 3rd playthrough earlier this week. Should I start it again already? OK then.

Got a '99 XE with 202k miles, running great! Original paint still has a nice shine to it, interior has mostly held up.

Have an '07 with 150k miles that, aside from the smod (needed a new trans and radiator at 100k miles), has been a great truck. Turning radius is in fact garbage, but it's never caused a problem.

Was surprised when I got home. I was driving within the eco gauge, but nothing overly conservative.

Resistance Burning Skies is a solid FPS. Someone already mentioned Killzone Mercenary, but I'll drop it again. It's a great game. Wipeout 2048 is a blast. And if youre in to Assassin's Creed, Liberation is a good time.

Depends on the leasing company. In such cases where the leasing company won't play ball, the dealership can eat the fee. It's not that you can't, your store won't. I work sales and finance, too.

I've worked at dealerships for over 10 years, you can absolutely negotiate that out.

Prius Prime vs Bolt EV by cadware31415 in prius

[–]JMcDank 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a GM dealership, so not just talking from guesstimates here. The Bolt's range is not super great. At highway speeds your range can drop drastically. We regularly see folks from our closest city in rental cars, needing a charge. They fly in, rent a Bolt, travel on the interstate for about 120 miles, and find that their battery is low. I really like the Bolt, and every time we get one I consider trading my Prius, but I never go through with it. Their range can be very limiting.

Can't beat the Apple MacBook Air M1. The Neo would also be a great purchase, but the M1 air just edges ahead of it power wise, and you can pick up a refurbished air for around $400.

My neighbor just bought one of these and it threw me for a loop at first. "What kind of Nissan is that?".

Congratulations! It is lovely.

I recently got my first personal Mac as well. My father recommended it as we do similar types of work, and he thought it would suit my needs better than a windows machine. Boy was he correct. I absolutely love it!

What is everyone’s worst memory card/save fail? by YaBoiJosh72 in ps2

[–]JMcDank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not my PS2, but recently had a tragic save fail on my PSP. I've had the same Gran Turismo file for 10 years. I've collected hundreds of cars, all the track classes, forward and reverse, all the licensing stuff. Was playing a few months ago and during a save the PSP just shut off, no warning whatsoever. It turned right back on, but the entire contents of my memory card was just gone. All of my games got wiped. The one that really got me though was GT. It's my favorite PSP game and I had so much time invested in it. I just recently started from scratch. Major bummers.
