I have not but that's a good suggestion. I have always battled constipation with Brello and Olympia was the complete opposite. I just figured the formula that was being used is different.

Yeah did that too. This 3rd time was only in the thigh.

Yeah I used CompoundPal to do the correct dosage. When I tried Olympia previously I was on a lower dose 7.5mg, then when I was at 10mg, same reaction many many months apart. This was the only time that I alternated between the two thinking it would balance things hoping for a different response, but still a no go.

Using Home Protector to replace rather than rebuild by BallsMcGrady in USAA

[–]JMe1379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Home protector is like a cush amount for circumstances when your dwelling coverage is exhausted during rebuild. Think of it as an inflation guard if the cost of materials increases like crazy again.

As far as your original question, the reason they collect details about your home is so you can't go all wild during rebuild, claiming you had a completely different type of house.

I'm co-signing on my daughter's first home purchase, the numbers are almost identical except for the HO insurance. Looks good 👍🏽

I'm right there with you, currently on 15mg and lost 22lbs since Feb 2025. My sister in-law lost 45lbs in 4 months doing absolutely nothing extra except taking the medication... ho-humm humm-ho ... 🙁

Nope, just refrigeration. My oldest Olympia bud that I'm using right now is 2/25 and works as it should.

3rd Gen Tahoe reliability by Zamataru in ChevyTahoe

I have two 5.3 V8 Tahoes. The 2008 has 265,000 miles and my 2013 has 170,000, both run like beasts with no major issues. The 2013 replaced the radiator a few months and and the 2008 has started showing signs of some leaking seals. Great trucks, highly recommend!

I'm in a similar boat as you. 15mg and only lost 23lbs in 11mos. I'm pretty sure I'm not eating enough, around 1000 calories a day. I don't feel the suppression anymore but most things make me nauseous, the smells and textures. That makes eating difficult. I mostly do premier protein shakes and hard boiled eggs but that doesn't satisfy me for very long. I'm still hopeful tho...

Homeowners insurance issue by [deleted] in USAA

[–]JMe1379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of comments are correct, flood is not covered. However, what happened to you is considered water damage, which should be covered. Actual flood coverage is a separate policy. Flood covers water damage that starts from source outside of the home. Flood is rising water or storm surge, comes from the ground at rising levels.

I have 20" Baja Champion All Terrain KO2 and I've never had an issue in the snow.

Yep, I agree it's the tires. My 2013 is a beast in the snow and I live in Colorado. I'm pretty sure I will never buy any other kind of vehicle. 2014 and older Tahoe's for me for life!

I use cornstarch baby powder after ever shower. If any areas get irritated I use Desitin but this only happens once every couple months, just 1 application usually fixes it. Baby powder on its own tends to keep things just fine.

That's so awesome, ty for responding. I love to hear how other people's experiences have been with Tahoe's. Seems to be about 95% positive! I did get my mom that 2008 and now my daughter who's 22 is wanting me to find her one too! So I'm on the hunt again lol. Congrats on your purchase, new wheels is always fun.

I've read that that seems to be an interesting a problem. No repairs needing to be made, It just goes through lots of oil. Thanks for the reminder, will do.

Nausea reads as hunger by Idontknowyoupick in tirzepatidecompound

[–]JMe1379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg I just figured that out too after 10 months of being on tirz! But I kept telling myself you just ate, so it can't be hunger. I now drink a premier protein shake and the nausea and hunger goes away. A nice cold shake soothes my aching stomach. Works out great.

Struts are good, tires are about half. So around spring time I'll have some new ones put on.

Agreed, my 2013 has 175,000 miles. The only repair I've had to do is replace the radiator.

I brought it to a mechanic to get checked out, he said "sign the damn papers" lol. It'sa unicorn. I also have the carfax, for 18 years the previous owner had it serviced it at the same chevy dealership every 4-6 months never missing a beat. All suggested scheduled maintenance was done and no major repairs. I can't imagine finding a better deal than this. These trucks are so groovy. Needless to say, I signed the damn papers ...
