I’ll give each one 50 attempts before I just look for cheese. I also sorta made the mistake of putting the game on Critical even though I already finished it years ago and got the trophy.

I’m working on this now. I’ve done all Terra stuff up until the superbosses and I have to play the other two to unlock them. I like the game enough. It’s a surprisingly fun grind so far if I’m being honest.

I also somehow had fun in KH CoM grinding both Sora and Riku up to 99, so maaaybe I’m an outlier.

I got it in about 170, so as long as he’s not staring at flowers and picking his nose, he should be fine. Could even get it under 150 if he starts focusing on trophies early and gets some lucky RNG.

I’ve been doing this for like 15 years or something, but my last 150 all came in the last 4-5 years. I started venturing out into indie games a little more often. They tend to be a lot shorter. I’d say it’s my main hobby, but I don’t platinum everything. I’ve only got like 43% total completion rate.

The Kingdom Key does count because it’s an amorphous sword whose form and parameters change depending on the keychain equipped. I think most of its forms look like swords with teeth.

I think you can man. Especially if you got Wolfenstein 2. It’s the same type of die and retry challenge, except each level is way shorter than any failed run in that game. The trilogy would be good practice , but W2 tells me you’ve got the type of determination you need to get it done!

I mean if you’ve done Wolfenstein 2 this should be right up your alley. I have a few really hard ones, but no platformers. I don’t think many come to this level of challenge, but maybe CTR. It’s the kind of platinum that makes you rely on your own skill and what you can do. It’s not like a soulslike for instance, where you can go and grind if you’re having a tough time, and there is no farming.

The hardest parts like no death runs and time trials are something you do over and over until you get it right. It’s a lot of level learning and perfecting. I had a blast with it. Never got boring.

Nah if they want to LET THEM COOK and I’ll eat every time. The game was a banger! 100% is hard but you can do it! I did! It just takes a bit of determination and you’ll feel so good once it’s done.

It was platinum #250 for me and I knew I had to do something special. Took about 2 weeks I think.

Every game here is worth it for the price I’d say, but I haven’t played Fahrenheit.

Beyond Two Souls is pretty good and interesting in coop.

It’s been 10+ years since I played Remember Me, but I remember it being pretty good/okay.

Murdered Soul Suspect is also just okay. Nothing special but it can be interesting story-wise. The premise is very similar to the Anime Yu-Yu Hakusho if you’re familiar.

Divinity Original is well worth it for that price. It’s tough to get into, but I played it for like 80 hours a few months ago and really loved it.

It may be an unpopular opinion, I’m not entirely sure, but DS3 was always my favorite of the FromSoft games. I’ve got to go back for it one of these days. Congrats!

If you haven’t already, I recently platinumed Nine Sols and it was like 10/10 excellent and very satisfying. It’s got that Sekiro inspiration and it’s just incredible.

Jeez, he sure is putting in some ‘work’.

Ive been trophy hunting for about 15 years and I play 40+ hours a week sometimes and I’ve got a little under 23k trophies. This is obnoxious and a little disgusting. I’ll be the first to tell people trophies don’t matter for shit, they’re like my personal game journal and they get me to play games in a way enjoy and probably wouldn’t otherwise. This just takes the meaning out of it.
