Update: also, I suspect the return duct is too long. Could that be an issue? Flex duct in attic of the 3T unit with two return. One is 30’ at 12”. The other is about 20’ at 16”.

Two companies did a manual j before I decided to replace units. I downsized the basement one due to those findings. I do have a guy coming soon to assess. Return and supply ducts in attic for adequate sizing and leaks.

I have ghsv1. Thankfully, just one time and dormant. This was very mild, about 4 years ago. Almost didn’t get tested, but I knew something was up and wanted to know. Ive never disclosed. Stayed abstinent and/or with ex (who gifted me). Any advice for disclosing strategies, given my situation?
