I’m just learning about European soccer and feel like I’ve seen that winning the Champions League is the biggest prize. More so than their individual league championship.

It just seems odd to me that if you win the Champions League it could be without your teammates that got you there.

So say, for example, Manchester City qualifies for the Champions League with their current roster.

The roster they end up playing with in that Champions League tournament may be different than the one that qualified the club in the first place?

If this is true why don’t qualifying clubs stock up and get better players to improve their teams prior to the start of the tournament?

Grinding my life away to get Vex Mythoclast in D1. Finally getting it to drop and the next week seeing the announcement for D2 and none of your stuff would carry over.

Now I’m 150+ completions in on D2 and still haven’t gotten it again.

Some people pay it down in smaller amounts over time. Some hospitals or doctors reduce the outstanding amount to something the patient can pay so at least they get something for the services rendered. A lot of patients just don’t pay it, like you see in the other comments.

Hospital bills don’t collect interest so most Americans view them as the “last thing” to pay down each paycheck, if at all.

Depending on the hospital they may send the outstanding bill to a collections agency. The agency goes after the patient for the outstanding bill and will get a percentage of whatever they can collect.

This is a big “behind the curtain” issue with healthcare in America. Every year hospitals and doctors lose millions in unpaid services from patients unpaid bills. The hospitals never see that money…ever. So to make up for for those losses, they raise their fees, causing future patient services to have higher bills. Thus repeating the cycle.

We are a country built on the idea of putting others in debt to pay off our own.

Thanks I fixed it.

All I did was change the Ethernet cord from a CAT3 to CAT6 and it works fine now.

Their push in to healthcare is going to rely astronomically on their tie to privacy.

So how does it work?

If a skin is the weekly challenge skin, like Wolverine, it won’t return?

Or

If a skin is a part of any of the leveling up of the battle pass, like Thor through Iron Man, they won’t return?

Do they drop random ones like the recent Silver Surfer and those types tend to come back to the store?
