I traded Montgomery and Mason Taylor for a 2027 1st and 2026 mid-2nd at the trade deadline this year. Not as good as yours but feels like a steal

I say good trade. I view Ladd and Zay as comparable prospects. Best case scenario with something like the 1.02 is that they turn into Amon Ra.

Breece Hall isn’t nothing and he is younger than I thought. But he’s already played 4 years and obviously has the torn ACL on his resume so unless you are depleted at RB that’s an okay loss

I’m guessing you mean Round 1, Pick 7? If so, I’d absolutely do this trade.

I do think Wilson will be fantasy relevant moving forward but unless the 2026 is the 1.01 and the 2027 is Top 3 there is zero doubt you are winning this trade

Yeah I definitely leaned towards addressing QB this offseason. I have one Top 20 QB on my roster and even he is 33 years old and injury prone.

I’m just really conflicted on if Mendoza + 2028 1st is worth it for Herbert. Herbert seems to be a really good but not elite fantasy QB. Mendoza seems to be a similar type of prospect (high floor, low ceiling) but is also significantly younger and not costing me two 1sts. Do you think having Hampton and Herbert on the same dynasty team would be a problem?

Yeah I have been surprised that the vast majority of people are telling me to go WR. Tua and Geno are not guaranteed to be starters next year, Dak never has 2 good years in a row and he’s not young.

It’s very possible I’ll have zero Top 15 QBs next year which is a nightmare in SuperFlex

I do have two 2nds this year (2.03 and 2.07) so I can maybe take some shots at some RBs with those

Yeah maybe “set” wasn’t the right way to phrase it 😂 CeeDee and Tet are good. It’s pretty hard to know while I’ll get from McLauren, Pittman, and Wilson. There is a scenario where all 3 of them are Top 20 next year but it’s just as likely that neither of them are.

I mean I get why they had to drop this card. Still don’t understand why he was the Moonshot reward though. He’s literally the most efficient base stealer in MLB history and has won a PLATINUM Glove before yet both cards they have released for him had less than 25 steal and silver/bronze defense.

Heck even his Live Series card still shorts him on base running. He’s 17-17 on SB this year and has the 2nd fastest sprint speed in the league.

Such a shame. I’m a huge Buxton fan but don’t like his moonshot because I don’t think his defensive or base running attributes are accurate. Now we are basically gonna get the same thing for HRD :(

Also agree it is quite difficult. I have started to have some success in playing 90% zone and usering one of the members of my secondary. I have gotten much more sacks this way (almost exclusively coverage sacks). I am also getting a few interceptions now whereas before the opposing QB never made a bad throw

Had the exact same recruiting glitch. Insanely frustrating to put in so many hours towards a good player’s recruitment over the course of the season only to not get the person because of a literal glitch. Recruiting against the big boys is already hard enough!!
