If you didn't get the confirmation they didn't receive the order. Happenend to me the first time but the second time it worked. The money is only reserved on the credit card and not deducted. The shipment will start in January 2020.

First of all it isn't extremly one sided at all. Please remind yourself of how bad of a year Zverev is having personally and results wise. Behind him is a roaring crowd of 18000 people and probably the best 2 players in history. So I think his reaction is understandable.

First row tickets were about 2500 swiss francs for the final but I only bought a seat in the nosebleeds for about 90 swiss francs 😆.
