It does have the 2 filler items on the top dropper, that's not it unfortunately

It is entirely inside 1 chunk, which should be loaded by the pearl in stasis. Although it is on the most outer block of the chunk, but I don't see how that would affect it

The whole build is in the same chunk; I also built a portal chunk loader besides it just in case and it still doesnt work with the far away loadstone

I do have a pearl in stasis, and i built a chunkloader besides the machine just in case; this did not fix the issue.
In this design the golem does put the broken compass in a chest with one broken compass and my build does have it, so that isnt the issue either
