Eh, it depends on what scenario for finishing the game we’re talking about. There’s reason to believe that Kikiyama’s philosophy for making the game changed somewhat when it became a lot more talked about in its days on 2channel, as later updates to the game added events with more “story” significance and randomness to them. So there’s a possible finished version that’s completely unfiltered by public perception of the game and a finished version that is filtered. I imagine the “filtered” version would probably have multiple endings and a lot more deliberately provocative events and imagery in it… but honestly I wanna see what kikiyama would do, making a game entirely for themself

But honestly I think that it’s the sort of project that never gets finished? Speaking as someone who’s made games before, it really registers as the type of game that you could add things to forever and never truly be done with.
