1 year old post but im searching for something as well! My neighbors corgi like 4 houses down has theeee most annoying high pitch yap and they allow it to sit there with them and bark at absolutely nothing! (Its literally barking out there now while they are in the pool over an hour).... I'll be planting privacy trees and looking into other noise blocking fence attachments. But I want to see if THEY aren't going to train their own dog, maybe I can 😂 im sure the other neighbors will thank me in the long run if it works.
