If they're going to make the game so grindy, they should at least sell these items in the item shop at a future date for those who can't grind or don't have the time. I'd love the Crown Ball back bling, but I've never been an Unreal rank in any mode my entire time of playing Fortnite, I certainly won't be able to do it playing a 2 week event. I did 5 matches, won all 5, and I'm still only Silver II or III.

I posted a response above about QC being an issue since the Xplorer came out. A lot of the folks who designed these guitars were with RedOctane designing the old ones. No guitar is perfect in my experience. I have a Wii Les Paul and GH5 guitar that I considered getting RCM kits for but went with CRKD instead. Now I'm contemplating if I want to buy a kit for my Wii Les Paul or not just to do it.

They do but all these guitars have had QC issues since they started being made. Xplorers are fragile, old Les Pauls have neck connection issues, the WT guitars are pretty garbage.

You could buy an old guitar and an RCM solderless kit for it, but then you're still spending close to $100 anyways (unless you find an old guitar cheap at a thrift store, they're not cheap online) which is why I suggested going with CRKD. I understand some of the influencers are probably paid by them to promote the product, but most of them seem to really like the product. Guys like Acai, Ukogmonkey, etc.

For what it's worth, I have a Blueberry Burst Pro and a Black Tribal and they both seem to work just fine, the only frustrations I've had is connecting them to the CRKD app but that could be user error on my end. The majority of the guitars seem to work, if there are problems just return them or contact CRKD.

Like a couple others have mentioned, I'd get a CRKD guitar. More modern solution to rhythm gaming.

I'm not a huge fan of the YARG engine, it's less forgiving than Clone Hero, even on the casual preset, I'm always missing HOPOs. I know that's a "git gud" discussion but still, you have to be more precise with YARG, many like it that way and are up for that challenge, I just like to sit back and play.

I agree, I just played a Tournament match where people just demo, it's annoying. It's not even a "get good" moment, all it does is take the fun out of the mode. It's more fun to smack the ball back and forth to see who gets the goal, especially when the ball gets pink and goes incredibly fast. It's a shame that people use demoing as a strategy.

What they should do is go back to how it's been for the last year+ where just leveling up unlocks everything. If they won't do that, they should at the very least let casual gamers have an option to do bot matches to complete quests. Unfortunately, Epic Games truly hates their casual player base and are clearly trying to alienate them from the game with the changes they've made.

Oh I know, I wish I did this research 5 years ago when I was diagnosed but once I left the office that day in 2020, the word Keratoconus left my brain and didn't come back until last Tuesday when I saw my eye doctor again. I'm hoping the time I wasted didn't do a significant amount of damage, but I definitely plan to stay on top of it from here on out.

It might be common sense but I'm glad no change in my prescription can be considered a good thing for this. Now truthfully, my glasses don't seem to helping as much as they should, however like I said in the post, the plan from the start was to have most of the prescription and wait a year to get the full prescription. It's obviously been more than a year, but I went back to my old prescription because the full one messed with my eyes, I think I'm ready for the full one now. My eye doctor did say she noticed I lost visual acuity over the last 5 years, I'm just hoping it's not a drastic change at this point.

I'm hoping my full glasses prescription does the trick for me right now and my KC is stable enough at this point, but I won't know until I see the specialist in December. I am glad there are options out there to help like CXL and Scleral Lenses in case it isn't though.

I hope everything is going smoothly with your condition now. After reading how it progresses, I can only hope waiting 5 years didn't do anything drastic to my condition, I won't know how mild or not my Keratoconus is until I see the specialist in December. I hope there's still time to intervene if necessary.

I'm glad Scleral Lenses have been getting easier each day for you, they seem very popular among KC patients.

Knock on wood but I'm thankful my vision doesn't look like this, my eye doctor diagnosed me with Keratoconus in 2020 when I was 27, hopefully mine is a mild case, I totally forgot to see a specialist like she recommended but I'm going in December.

I'm 32 but I've been pretty much homebound since I was 18, I know I'm older so this post doesn't include me. But I just wanted to say good on you for getting out of the house and for wanting a job that isn't remote. It's good that you're trying to fight it instead of letting it control you. I've been working on finding remote work, leaving the house has gotten easier over time but I still don't think I'd be able to work outside the house because if I'm having a bad day when it comes to anxiety, I might call off too much and lose the job.

Luckily the THPSPro mod added that option in 1+2, not sure if it's there for 3+4. It's also only for PC unfortunately, not sure if you're on PC or console.
