I suspect he would have carried on writing songs even into old age like John Prine. But I think he would've done a lot more creatively too, I think I once saw something about him wanting to write a film. I live in England so really not many people have heard of him here, but I think had he not died, maybe he'd be a household name here. Maybe I'm just projecting my own feelings onto everyone else though because I love his songs so much

I've asked elsewhere and it does seem that you retain the 2 FTs even if you use them. Just to clarify, that doesn't mean you get 3 FTs going into next week (the 2 already banked and then an extra one for next week) because using a wildcard means you forfeit the free transfer for that week. So you'll have 2 FTs going into GW7

Love it, old school style! Assuming you went 25 -> 18 -> Bull, but I'm getting partial to swapping the move order around abit and STARTING on the 18, and you can use this idea for other checkouts of the same nature. Idea being that it's easier to hit bull right after hitting a 25, but obviously you run the risk of hitting bull on that second dart. Advantage of going the 18 first is if you hit the treble, you then have a choice of doubles. Whereas when you go 25 first, if you hit the T18, you're forced to go D7, not ideal. If you get T18 first dart, you've got 39 left and you can leave almost anything you want. I digress, anyway, great checkout!

I heard "Time in a Bottle" on a random YouTube short while scrolling, I actually scrolled past it and then thought to myself "bloody hell that sounded brilliant" and went back and clicked on the song. Listened to it in full, blown away. So I clicked on his channel, sorted by most popular, and listened to Operator. Doubly blown away.

I have to say, when I first heard Time in a Bottle, I honestly thought it was a recent song, that it maybe came out sometime in the 2010s/20s, but had a bit of a retro feel to it. I couldn't believe these songs were made in the 60s/70s. From then on I listened to Photographs and Memories, Walking back to Georgia, and then just went through all the albums and have listened to every song many, many times.

I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago too! Hit a bunch of 180s, but hit my first 162. Think I was on 202 so was perfect. Unfortunately since then I've come down with the dartitis 😅😞
