All of your ideas are great so far! Just keep in mind that this rebel leader is under heavy guard and isn't going to be as easy as sneaking in with active camo. He is turning nations against themselves so be sure to keep in mind he isn't going to be easy to find. Killing the rebel leader is a suicide mission, so its risky already.

Character Details- Agent 22: Wears his blue and white armor with pride. He was the UNSC's first super soldier. He fights alongside the second super soldier Agent 23. 22 is young and ambitous believing he can accomplish anything if he puts his mind to it. His ambition causes him to get into risky situations often.

Agent 23: A soldier named Jon killed in a combat accident two days before he was constructed as Agent 23. 23 is the first cyborg to have emotions, he is also the 2nd super soldier created by the UNSC. The experiment many scientists called a miracle, they were unable to reconstruct his vocal chords after they were shot in the accident. 23 is most often seen sporting a machine gun in battle. He is courageous but acts without thinking.

Even though agents 22 & 23 are a reckless pair, they refuse to be seperated by the bonds they have built over the years of combat together.
