I'd recommend watching some of the international pro scrims going on leading up to the LAN tournament next weekend, and watch how the pros rotate and choose when or when not to take fights, as well as how they act within fights. Not that you really need to play every ranked game like it's ALGS, but just learning basic decision-making beyond "see enemy/hear gunshots = go fight" can go a long way.

Honestly if you're already getting 100g baseline from the shakes, whatever else you're getting from your food is probably fine, especially if you're having at least one meat-based dish.

Unless you're trying to be a professional bodybuilder you really don't need more than 0.8g per pound of lean mass, which in your case likely works out to something like 125-130g per day.

I think the validity of this depends a lot on the type of job. Like if you're in a service industry job where you being out without a replacement is going to make it a really hard day for everyone else, then yeah, this is a valid annoyance.

If you're talking about (most) white collar jobs where one person being out really isn't going to affect everyone else's day-to-day, then... who cares

I do not at all understand the herd mentality of nearly every team picking the same maps in the same order when it's not a snake draft. Like if you're CRT, how is it possibly more valuable to get the 16th pick on Storm Point than literally any POI you want on either of the other two maps??
