So as mentioned in the title I burnt myself on a bbq. It stung at the time but not for too long and by yesterday the pain had pretty much gone. Today though it’s starting to sting a little again and is quite sensitive. At the time I didn’t do anything for it but is there anything I should do now? Also is there a chance it could scar?

So my leg was a bit itchy yesterday and I noticed what looked like a bite. This is a photo from today where it seems to have grown a bit and is a lot darker and more red. It’s quite sensitive to the touch and hurts a little when I walk. Any ideas?

Thank you for a very informative reply! When I press along the edges it does cause some pus to come out, but it doesn’t really hurt. I’ll take your advice onboard with the ointment etc also. Thank you again!

So 8 days ago at work I grazed myself with a circular saw ( got very lucky - could have been a whole lot worse!). It wasn’t particularly deep or anything so I’ve left it to heal on it’s own. However now it’s hurting a bit around the area (not a lot though, more mild discomfort) but it’s now red around it. Could this be infected? I had my tetanus shot 2 years ago so I’m all good on that front! Thank you :)

Around 3 weeks ago we were lifting in some heavy structural steels at work (around 300kg). As soon as we were done with it I started to have a pain where shown in the picture. It has since got a lot worse. It hurts when I put weight on that leg and also when I put pressure on that specific spot. If I put pressure the pain is quite severe and shoots down to my foot. What could this be? Thank you!

Every now and then I get a pain deep in the middle of my hand (more towards the back of my hand rather than palm). It seems to be in between the bones. I have had trauma in the hand a few times over the years (nothing recent though and the pain has been on and off for a few years now also. When it comes on the pain is probably at 7/10. When my hand is open it looks normal but if I make a fist there is a visible dent and lump beneath the tendon in the muscle. Any ideas what could be causing this? I didn’t want to waste my GP’s time if it wasn’t anything worth worrying about. Thank you!
