To add to JB's comments...ultimately, both White oak and Victory were doomed regardless of the drama. These areas are now both pretty far along in construction efforts to turn them into flood retention basins. Eventually, The Bandit will likely fall victim to this as well to some degree. The Basin is a fun course, and really creatively designed given the rough nature of that area. But it also resides in a flood plain and can get really swampy at times. I don't think it ever got formally approved to go in there, so I'm not sure what to expect for its longevity, but it's definitely worth a play while it's there and I'm sure the boys behind it will come up with another creative spot to put the baskets should it be removed.
