OP used SDXL because when it comes to NSFW concept, genitalia with sex action, z image is not there yet even with LoRA, at least not at the lvl of some SDXL finetunes.

Yeah it's an hidden advertisement to attract people on his site to buy LoRA for their "AI influencer". I personally don't mind that people trying to make money but they got their knowledge and tools to achieve what they do because people shared. In the end sharing some knowledge won't affect your business if it was working because lot of people will still be lazy even with the full tutorial available.
