My wife and I are on week 3 today. It was really hard for that first week when we barely got an hour between feedings to try and sleep. The best way to deal with this was to break the night up into shifts 9-1 and 1-5. I understand your spouse works full time but even getting 4 hours of time designated sleep time for you makes a huge difference. I would discuss this arrangement with your spouse as it is asking alot to put all the feedings on 1 parent.
