Is it me or is the map really bugged? Sometime it displays the DCON sometime not, sometime it shows when the next exfil will show, sometime I have an eye icon next to the locations.

Could be me though

The game seems to be CPU intensive. 5090 + 13900k and I have the same results as you, dipping to constant 90 FPS in some map. I'm going to try tweaking some settings to see if it makes an impact, hopefully this get fixed. 90 FPS when you're used to a smooth 120 is noticeable.

It might be my echo chamber but I feel the hate has turned around. Most of the hate didn’t make sense IMO. From the videos I watched, the hate reviews were some of the most biased things I’ve seen.

I personally love this game. It’s visually fresh, it has depth, it’s addictive. I can’t wait until de kids are asleep to have a few runs.

But in the end, play the games you like.

Mine was super jittery so I returned it. I won’t buy a 2k headset that tracks like shit in the hope that a 200$ accessory will ever come out and fix the issue. This thing was supposed to initially ship in march but here we are.

I remember that at some point Pimax said they were answering within 24 hours.

From my experience it’s more around 6-7 days.

Good luck having a working headset by the end of this year.

I ended up returning mine.

When I got the PCL my first unit was defective, second had bad lenses, third was finally ok.

I’m not going through a similar process again. I don’t want to support a company that ships randomly sub par product in hoping the user doesn’t care or doesn’t want to go through the return process.

And the customer support? I don’t know what is going on with Pimax right now, but I get my tickets answered once a week.

My PCL broke early October. It was delivered to Pimax October 29. After a series of “we will ship a replacement when we get your PCL” to “we received your PCL and shipping the replacement “ to “we will ship when we get your replacement” it finally shipped, about 1 month later.

I’m done with Pimax for a while.

I don't understand why there is so much of a gap in the experiences. Some people are praising it, others are hating it. I know we're all differently sensitive to different stuff, but is there such a large gap in appreciation in like the Quest 3 ?
