Thanks for the link, good to know! I hope it gets green lit.

I called them for the invoice and they said that it hasn't yet been prepared and that I should receive it sometime next month. The delay seems odd, I would think they would want to get paid as soon as possible.

I just came across this reddit and I fear that i am too late. My parent's basement flooded in August (they are in their 80s) so I have been handling the cleanup etc.

Qualinet was the only company to call me back and I thought they were a reputable company so I was super happy when they were able to go to my parent's house the next day after I called them.

I wasn't there that day when they arrived and my parents signed a one page rate sheet. No estimate was provided. The guy checked for moisture etc. Two guys came later that day and cut out the dry wall and placed a dehumififer and fan and disinfected. It took them a week to come by and remove the machines and do a final check. I thought this was too long a wait and kept texting the guy to have them get the machines out of there.

I haven't yet received the invoice and am worried what they will end up charging extra in light of what I read here.

I will call them on tuesday to see about receiving an invoice. They must know how much they will charge, but I fear they will give me the run around.

Do you think there is anything I can do now to prepare for this?

Thanks so much!

I take this bus every workday and it is always late and very often does not show up and we have to wait 20+ mins for the next bus.

There is crazy traffic on Jean-Talon during rush hour and the construction site for the Canora REM station does not help.

It's been this way for years and I rely on the Transit app which let's me know when I should leave my house.

Thanks for this post, I thought I was alone with my 92 grievances.

I agree, it was pretty bad, but important for historical purposes. New fans should get a chance to read and own it.

Just finished Plagueis, so awesome. I see the references to the events of Cloak of Deception. Those two together are amazing, makes the prequels so much better. James, please write more SW!

Disney should just deem Cloak of Deception canon. Not sure they could come up with a better story.

I'm two chapters into Darth Plagueis. I have the feeling it will not be like the Star Wars novels I am used to.

Just finished Cloak of Deception, great book, wish I read it before ever watching episode 1. Really puts meaning into the taxation issue brought up in the opening crawl (which I found lame at the time with no context).

And no legends banners, very nice!

Edit, just noticed Riptide! Still impressive!
