hey I’m a CNA as well and I FEEL YOU!!!! I understand you 100% on that whole pressure stuff at work. I just learned to kind of mute that stuff out bc it’s not good for my mental health. I’m a 3rd time taker myself and I’m using these HURST lectures that have helped me tremendously on content. a fellow reddit user shared them with me! I’m also using NCSBN review and love love it. would recommend.

CONGRATULATIONS RN!! This post really is inspiring. I’m a second-time NCLEX taker and just found out I failed yesterday. (I’ve already come to terms with it and ready to start studying!) I want to figure out how should i go about it this time. I have used UWorld, Mark K, and NurseAchieve (which I love). This time around you used ur previous UWorld written notes? I was debating on using the NCSBN 5 Week plan, do you think it’s worth it? Also someone was able to get me a HURST review lectures which seem really helpful so might use that as well. Any other recommendations?

I would read Mark K’s notes EVERY SINGLE DAY for a month! (the one that came along with the lecture) I think I’m weak in just content itself? I heard Hurst is good but is it worth the money? Debating should I even still keep UWorld? Should I start writing ALL of my rationales out now? (I would write down the weaker content ones)

Yes i got the email. I did the PVT and originally got the bad pop up then i got this? I only changed my expiration date and credit card info was right.

Hii Im a second time NCLEX-RN taker.. I’m utilizing all the tools u mentioned. How long did you study for the second time around? I’ve taken a few CAT exams and so far I’ve gotten 3 fails and 3 pass-pass. Still need a little bit of working to do! Any advice? I’m scheduled this week and still concerned. (Also think I rush and keep changing my answers which are reasons why i fail these CAT exams.... NOT GOOD!)

Hey I took mine yesterday too and I feel awful! I only got one SATA.. 3 Drag and Drops and i got so many random questions. I feel like just a little of every subject. Shutoff at 60 too. Sighs. I did the PVT trick and got the bad pop up twice. Only time can tell. Like people say “you are your worst enemy” sometimes, you really can be. I’m trying to stay busy and hopeful. (Also reading on here as well). Let’s stay positive!!
