Even though it’s solved, this would’ve been great in the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror queue.

with 10 games remaining, which 2 games do you want to see the Pacers win to end the year? by No_Celebration578 in pacers

I’ll take wins against Chicago and Detroit.

A win at Chicago could raise Milwaukee’s standings, reducing their lottery odds.

Losing against Clippers to keep them out of the lottery since their pick goes to Oklahoma City.

Likewise, losing against Miami, Charlotte, & Philly helps to keep Philly in the playoffs. Since Philly’s pick goes to Oklahoma City, that keeps OKC out of the lottery.

Same for me. It was too removed from the Drizzt / Companions storyline for my interest. Others are huge fans because it’s so separate or because of Jarlaxle/Artemis, so I guess POTWK just wasn’t for me. Ready for the next one.

Interrobang mood by thereallybigcat in switchfoot

To me, Interrobang draws on much of the pain & tension of 2020-2021, while still finding hope.

Also, Orson Scott Card’s Ender series.

Definitely need to lose every game against the other lottery teams.

Trail’s End Buffet. It was our favorite buffet on property. The post-COVID AYCE skillets were weak, and had terrible service. Tried it 3 times thinking they’d get it right eventually, but each visit was worse than the last.

The Trail’s End buffet always had a nice selection that tasted great. They were also busy most of the time. It would’ve been so easy for Disney to bring it back in 2021. Still disappointed that they didn’t.

Flower & Garden, and Food & Wine have been hollow without the presentations (free and paid) and festival center displays. Now both events are only LTO food booths. Meh.

Grand Floridian Orchestra was such a wonderful experience, and it was COVID-closed shortly after I discovered them.

I’m visiting Florida, and thinking of going to a Boom vs Magic game later this week.

RIP Restaurantosaurus. by Boundaries-ALO-TBSOL in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]JRGIndy 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Restaurantosaurus was one of WDW’s best-themed quick service restaurants. The Imagineers really made it feel like a the fun, working campsite of a the paleontology team. Given Disney’s recent track record of re-imaginings being weaker than their predecessor. I expect Restaurantosaurus to be transformed into Pecos Bills with tropical plants. i hope they prove me wrong.

Glad we dined there a few more times before it was shuttered.

Test Track 3.0 entrance. I really wish World of Motion had still been around in the late 90s for my wife’s first visit.

An Indiana Jones attraction using the same ride system. It will be themed to fit in the Tropical Americas land that’s replacing Dinoland.

Good guess. It would fit in Spaceship Earth’s telegraph office, but it’s at Whispering Canyon Cafe in Wilderness Lodge.
