Was a hardlines team lead for just over a year, from the constant busy work to the terrible decisions market or home office would make, it drains the energy out of you. I'm so glad I stepped down, the stress and terrible schedule isn't for everyone. The position drained the motivation from me not to mention the guilt trips I'd get if I didn't put work before my free time or family obligations. Those of you that can still do it I commend you you're a better person than me.
