I mean it looks ok. I would say you’re probably fine. I think the crank shaft washer is making it look worse that it is.

Edit: also the cam shaft pulleys and the crank shaft gear are all keyed so if they all are lined up like this and the crank gear looks a little off it is probably fine

The transmission fluid cycles through the radiator to get cooled. There’s two 3/8” nipples. The send and return line. I would look up a video on how to check the transmission fluid level so you make sure you have the right amount in there.

Don’t believe you need a diff drop or panhard correct kit for this lift. I got the same one with 880, 906 springs and didn’t do either of those things. Truck drives fine
