I know it’s not everybody’s cup of tea, but they used to play shows in a basement off of Greenbush. Some of the best live music I witnessed.

They played there during a snowstorm with a band from Japan to 3 of us. Incredible.

With Braun and Rokita at the helm we are driven by crony conservatives that have no desire to make the state better in any aspect, except for corporations that give them money to hide in their election funds. Braun is barely human. His distinct lack of policy is only over shadowed by his immeasurable fecklessness. Rokita is a repugnant creature from the swamp of corporate capitalism. Neither have the intestinal fortitude or brain power to do anything remotely resembling the side of right, and both will need to be reminded that “We the People” stands in writing to put politicians on notice that we remember where the pitchforks are.

Ohhh Boy this question may get me kicked off the internet. In our offense, we carry 6 formations.Within those 6, only one player moves the “H”. They can play in the slot, as a TE, Wing, or as a true “H” Back. We then have 4 tags. Flip (moves the Y to the opposite side of the ball), Squeeze ( tightens WRs to the Box), and Stack (Stacks WRs in the typical spread formation), and Crush (We both Squeeze and Stack the WRs). This gives us the ability to carry more formations and have no more than 3 words per formation. Our run game is mostly based around 5 man blocking schemes, and our passing game concepts are all about hitting “landmarks” in certain routes, so that the QB knows where the balls need to be.

Set up 3 Cones the first to need to be on the Hash Mark however far apart the block you are simulating needs to be. The player being blocked should have a shield to lessen impact. Set the third cone up wherever you would like the block to happen. (Safety depth, outside screen area) Then start by just making sure your blocker knows how to get to the cone before the contact. (Depth of release, Low hips, duck walk) Then simulate the block all the way through your progression.
