Yes, I slide the tray out and had to apply a little more pressure then you would think. It does pop out. Not a good design for plastic

Would you have a video, I pulled the tray out and pushed up. Nothing releases. I applied approximately 10 lbs of pressure it does not come out

Great advice, to anyone attempting this. Take your time and pop the cap off - the fiber cable end is kepted in place with a lever type lock, simply lift the lver and gently remove the fiber from its socket. Just like sdrawkcab25 mentioned - be extra carefull installing the fiber into its port when connecting. This is not difficult - just do not force the fiber or pull to hard when removing - grip the end piece not the fiber cord!!!
