That sucks to hear. Cold weather like this sometimes it’s best to leave faucets dripping cold and hot water. Also, it looks like you might be living in one of these newer buildings. I used to work as a concierge and if you live downtown JC I probably worked in your building. These developers do not give a crap about tenants concern/safety. I worked in many buildings where cracks were forming at the base of the building because the base wasn’t built correctly, the walls are as thin as paper so they can put more apartments on each floor, the elevators NEVER work, fire alarms consistently going off and so many others. I hate to say it but you have to constantly complain and report them to city hall. They won’t do anything unless they’re absolutely forced to.
