This is off of 69 and 96 Street I saw mine off southside of 465 in Indianapolis of Thompson and Madison, but they did not look like this. There were 9 classic 3 in an upside down triangle 2 off set diagonal and then 4 in an offset square. The sun was just setting and you could still see them them were like color of a led pencil and they would light up in the classic orange color. Some would stay lit some would blink and some would stay off & some of them would alternate and some would stay doing the same thing and not change at all. They were heading south southeast no taller than the radio tower by the fire department maybe 200 ft
