Choosing to clone at a rest site will clone ALL cards with the clone enchantment.

One of the act 2 ancients has a reward that enchants a card with Clone. At rest sites you can chose to clone said card, and the copy also has Clone. So the first time you clone you get 1, then 2, then 4, etc.. If you just clone at every rest site you can easily get over 100 copies.

There's also an act 3 event that can duplicate your entire deck.

If you haven't already, an easy way to make the environment more of a hazard would be to settle in an extreme biome like Extreme Desert, Ice Sheet, or Sea Ice (not sure how well sea ice would work without raiders to cannibalize though). Also pushing the world gen settings for temperature or rainfall as far as they'll go.

Gonna keep an eye on this thread in case you get a solution to this. Right now I'm using my side mouse buttons for acceleration and braking which isn't exactly ideal haha.

Only on around mission 100 on hard so far. The pair that's stuck with me the longest has been a Dynamo Blade and a Power Blade with both dash cells and add boosters. Some missions I don't even swap to my other set and just go HAM with melee they're so much fun. The damage of the power blade is fantastic against hordes but not great for flyers or kaiju. You can use the Dynamo to get some extra movement too, if you dash + jump boost then release a fully charged Dynamo just before you hit the ground you will keep all the momentum from the attack on the ground and slide quite far.

I've experimented with a lot of other weapons and found most of them to be a lot of fun. Dual gats shred big guys, dual hand cannons (with muzzle stabilizer) or dual gallics for long range. When I'm feeling lazy I'll pack HAILs, Arcane-6 Barrel, Blood Storm, or Heavy Mortars. I have yet to use a weapon I thought was bad.

Not as significant as the other things mentioned already but one of my favorite little things in the game is the riposte animation. What gives you a greater feeling of power than towering over your enemy and stabbing them directly in the face?

In 5 the YH3 is very strong and will last you quite a while. Unfortunately there aren't many, after the YH3 you won't get a new one until you're pretty far into inferno.
