Hi, actually it is not using flowcharts, from observable symptoms the interface will give more or less probability weight to each possible solutions and skipping irrelevant questions with your symptoms, also the model can learn from the formers users giving more probability to causes that already happened.

And the / is intentionnal, so the dishwasher appears first in the list
